Canadian TV (Corner Gas? ew.) but last fall I got totally addicted to this CBC show called RUMOURS.
Hello?? How can you not like a show filled with hot men, bitchy bosses, catty co-workers, and lots of hooking up?
BUT after only a few episodes...it was gone! (I still don't know where it went.) Somehow, it came to mind the other day (ok, I had a sex dream about Ben, the main character) so I googled RUMOURS and found that it's coming back starting:
June 19th at 7:30pm on CBC.The show revolves around the relationship (read: sexual tension) between two magazine editors, Ben
(my imaginary boyfriend) and Sarah. The supporting characters are hilarious too!! (Helen has the best lines but Katie has the best clothes). They smoke :), they drink :), they have inappropriate sex :) :) :), they are neurotic, competitive, vain, emotional and will definitely make you feel better about yourself.
This is a show about real life in the big city! You'll ABSOLUTELY see yourself (I see me for sure), you'll see your friends (and your frenemies...) Honestly, I miss Sex and the City, I miss Friends, but yay... now I have RUMOURS! Check it out.
